As our teams are composed entirely of HBS students, they reform each year. The following schedule illustrates the typical annual timeline of our grantmaking teams:

September Information session for new students
Harbus Foundation team applications due
OctoberDetermination of grant criteria and research of relevant non-profit organizations
NovemberTeams finalize initial list of applicants
Applications mailed to selected non-profits
End of November Application deadline
December Semi-finalists chosen
December - February
Site visits
March - April Final grantees selected
Award ceremony
